On Feb. 7, Kimberly Militello (trustee) sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 262 E. Schick Road, Bloomingdale to Nicholas R. Nicholas R. for $270,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,223.28, 1.93% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, eight properties sold in Bloomingdale.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marion A. Wikrent, 90, was the only registered voter residing at 262 E. Schick Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
