The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $7,063.60. This is 2.14% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 22, 2021 for $201,000.

So far in February 2022, 22 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 2397 Autumn Grove Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: R. D. Treadwell, 62, Melissa Brown, 39, Danielle Chintalcheru, Melinda K. Chintalcheru, 42, and Ashley Todd, 33.
