On Jan. 27, Joshua M. and Christian Manuel M. Padua purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 755 Edenwood Drive, Roselle from Georgia Krejci for $250,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,298.90, which is 1.32% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 30 properties sold in Roselle.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Georgia L. Krejci has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 755 Edenwood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Georgia L. Krejci, 73, and George W Krejci, 79.
