On Jan. 27, Jeremy D. and Christina M. Wiora purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 264 Langton Lane, Bloomingdale from Gregory L. Mahoney (trustee) for $401,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,157.14, 2.03% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was June 16, 2004. It last sold for $300,000.

So far in January 2022, 46 properties sold in Bloomingdale.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Greg Mahoney has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 264 Langton Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Janet Mahoney, 58, Heather Mahoney, Greg Mahoney, 53, Katie Mahoney, 26, and Meghan Mahoney, 28.
