The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1338 Geneva Lane, Bartlett was sold on Jan. 27 by Steven D Wagner for $365,000. The buyers were Scott Kenneth Karras and Anne Marie Marszalik.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,866.92, 2.7% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 7, 2001 for $284,000.

So far in January 2022, 32 properties sold in Bartlett.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Steven Wagner has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1338 Geneva Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Judith D. Wagner, 61, Steven Wagner, 63, and Anthony Wagner, 30.
