The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2777 Shelly Lane, Aurora was sold on Feb. 2 by Douglas J. Schmitt for $235,000. The buyer was Delfin Salvador.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,066.28, 2.16% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 5, 2000. It last sold for $126,500.

So far in February 2022, seven properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Amanda L. Rupsch, 33, was the only registered voter residing at 2777 Shelly Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
