On Feb. 3, Cesar and Daniela Alvarez purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3325 Allspice Court, Aurora from Hess (trust) for $200,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,056.46, 2.03% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 2, 2005 for $133,950.

So far in February 2022, seven properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 3325 Allspice Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael MC Crady, 37, Jackie L. Hess, 65, and Geri Hess, 69.
