On Jan. 21, Jagat Shah sold their five bedroom, three bathroom home at 2735 Flagstone Circle, Naperville to Timothy O Imeokparia for $409,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $9,864.70. This is 2.41% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 23, 2009 for $365,000.

So far in January 2022, 97 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jagat R. Shah has been registered to vote since 2010 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2735 Flagstone Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kristi L. Cage, 44, Jagat R. Shah, 50, and Anita Shah, 45.
