On Jan. 24, Enrique and Fernando E. Figueroa purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 885 Kingston Lane, Bartlett from Vishal K Pandya for $450,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,885.90, 2.2% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Jan. 10, 2013 for $235,000.

So far in January 2022, 16 properties sold in Bartlett.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Vishal K. Pandya has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 885 Kingston Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vishal K. Pandya, 42, Joseph R Barnas, 67, and Nandini V. Pandya, 39.
