On Jan. 24, Deborah and Jerry Willoughby purchased a home at 821 Megan Court, Westmont from Mohamed Ammar Katerji for $810,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $16,272.64, 2.01% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was May 4, 2006. It last sold for $893,886.

So far in January 2022, 19 properties sold in Westmont.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ammar Katerji has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 821 Megan Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ammar Katerji, 62, Hana Ayaso, 73, Janice L. Jackson, 51, Lourdes JA Niece Jackson, 23, and Louma Nume, 55.
