On Jan. 28, Petru Rata purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2149 Fulham Drive, Naperville from Jay S Wenzel for $250,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,683.96, which is 1.07% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 97 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Judith A. Wenzel, 86, was the only registered voter residing at 2149 Fulham Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
