2563 Woodcliff Court, Lisle acquired by Emmanuel and Marlissa Hamgeri

The home at 2563 Woodcliff Court, Lisle was sold on Jan. 31 by Manolo C Zacarias for $361,000. The buyers were Emmanuel and Marlissa Hamgeri.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,345.70, 1.76% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 27 properties sold in Lisle.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, M. Zacarias has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2563 Woodcliff Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: M. Zacarias, 75, and Lucy T. Zacarias, 79.
