Professional Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. seq.
B. PW-P-0058-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Weatherproofing Technologies Inc., for inspection, preventative maintenance and minor repairs as needed at various Public Works Facilities, for the period February 8, 2022, through February 28, 2024, for a total contract amount not to exceed $40,864.43. C. FM-P-0057-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Integral Construction, Inc., for the Window Replacement Project at the Care Center, for Facilities Management, for the period February 9, 2022, through November 30, 2023, for a total contract amount not to exceed $657,655.25, per lowest responsible bid #21-088-FM. D. Authorization for Overnight Travel -- Authorization is requested to have one Public Works staff member attend the Illinois Association for Floodplain and Stormwater Management (IAFSM) 2022 Conference on March 8-9, 2022, in Bloomington Normal, Illinois, for an approximate cost of $756.96. IAFSM Conference will cover topics such as flood mitigation, floodplain modeling, new and pending regulatory floodplain requirements and panel discussions. This conference will cover the latest issues and findings regarding stormwater management. In addition, this seminar provides the educational requirements to maintain certification as a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).

A. TE-P-0059-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to AT&T, for services to support analog business circuits. This contract covers the period of May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2025, for Information Technology, for a contract total amount of $46,800, and is subject to two (2) optional twelve (12) month renewals, per low bid #21-104-IT.
B. TE-P-0060-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to AT&T for telecommunication services, including Internet, inbound, outbound, and long-distance service for County agencies, for Information Technology. This contract covers the period of March 23, 2022 through March 22, 2027, for a contract total amount of $450,278.40, per bid #21-104-IT. Comcast Business will also be awarded to provide Internet redundancy for potential internet outages.
C. TE-P-0061-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Comcast Cable for Internet service, for Information Technology. This contract covers the period of April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2027, for a contract total amount of $132,000, per low bid #21- 104-IT. AT&T will also be awarded to provide Internet redundancy for potential internet outages.
D. TE-P-0062-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI), to provide maintenance and technical support for the County's enterprise GIS software, for Information Technology, GIS Division. This contract covers the period of March 9, 2022 through March 8, 2023, for a contract total amount of $115,138. Exempt from bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 "Competitive Bids" (c) not suitable for competitive bids - Sole Source. This product and service is only available from the provider, ESRI, Inc.
E. TE-P-0064-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Dell Inc., for a Microsoft Unified Support Agreement, for Information Technology. This contract covers the period of February 5, 2022 through February 4, 2023 for a contract total of $145,194, per Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Pricing, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint Purchasing Act" - Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Pricing - Contract #CMS6945110. The State of Illinois bid the contract and Dell Inc. won the bid.
F. TE-CO-0005-22 Amendment to County Contract 4805-0001-SERV, issued to Kinsey & Kinsey, Inc., for professional services to perform a security review of ERP system and make changes or create reports to track COVID expenses, for Information Technology, to increase the contract amount by $5,250 in order to pay the final invoices, resulting in an amended contract total of $27,125, an increase of 24%. After additional security review was needed, staff decided to wait for the final security review report from the consultant to determine the amount required for the final change order.
