Lawrence (trust) unloads 7 Oak Tree Court, Elmhurst

On Dec. 29, Jose Luis Guzman purchased a home at 7 Oak Tree Court, Elmhurst from Lawrence (trust) for $320,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,430.28, 1.38% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 82 properties sold in Elmhurst.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Sarah J. Lawrence, 74, was the only registered voter residing at 7 Oak Tree Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
