The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1441 Sutter Drive, Hanover Park was sold on Dec. 30 by Keely Erin Keck for $135,000. The buyers were Mrunal and Ritesh Patel.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $804.42, 0.6% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 21 properties sold in Hanover Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kimberly S. Keck, 68, was the only registered voter residing at 1441 Sutter Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
