The home at 21 E. Congress St., Villa Park was sold on Dec. 30 by Steven A. Lambert for $395,000. The buyers were Matthew and Pakinee Quirk.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,483.24, 1.64% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 34 properties sold in Villa Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Steven Lambert has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 21 E. Congress St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Steven Lambert, 57, Mary Canter, 69, Wendy M. Lambert, 58, and Tiffany Lambert, 37.
