On Dec. 30, Harish Kumar Lohar purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 4264 Drexel Ave., Aurora from Mezger Family Trust for $331,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $8,361.08, which is 2.53% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 83 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Meredith J. O. Brien, 35, was the only registered voter residing at 4264 Drexel Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
