Apple AirTags
When Apple first released a new product, in April of 2021, called AirTags, concerns immediately sprung up about nefarious use cases for the covert trackers. Apple responded with anti-stalking measures, however there have been several recent incidents in neighboring towns where reports have been made about the AirTags being misused as tracking devices.
AirTags have a legitimate use to consumers, but If you come across an AirTag and suspect you are being tracked or stalked, please contact the Bloomingdale Police Department at 630-529-9868 and report it immediately.
