10. CONTRACT INCREASE

FM-CO-0509-21 AMENDMENT, to County Contract 5133-0001 SERV, issued to Global Water Technology, Inc., to furnish and deliver water treatment chemicals, as needed, for County facilities, for Facilities Management, to increase the contract in the amount of $10,000, resulting in the need for County Board approval and a new contract total not to exceed $35,000, an increase of 40%.
