2nd Semester Information
This message was sent to all students and parents on 1/6/2022 via email and text.
Dear Parents and Students:
We hope you had a wonderful holiday season. Second semester begins with our first day back in school on Friday, January 7, 2022. At this time, we are planning to continue with in-person learning
Although the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) changed their guidance on the length of COVID-19 isolation and quarantine from 10 days to 5 days, it applies to the general public and not to schools. We expect the CDC and the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) will update their guidance for schools soon. We will continue to follow their guidance from August of 2021 in the meantime.
As it is the season for inclement weather, students please bring ChromeBooks home at the end of every school day so you are prepared for eLearning. In the event of school closing or eLearning, we will notify parents and students via phone, text, email, social media, www.d94.org, and the Emergency Closing Center which includes radio and local TV. Parents: Please be sure your contact information is up to date in PowerSchool as this is the database we use to contact you.
Emergency School Closing Information
It's that time of year! Community High School District 94 notifies parents of school closing or the use of E-Learning Days in a variety of ways including phone, text, email, our website and through the Emergency Closing Center that feeds information to radio and television stations.
Details can be found at www.d94.org/schoolclosing. Phone numbers and email addresses are pulled from student information in PowerSchool, so be sure your information is up to date.

The members of the Student Services Department recognize how difficult this time has been on our students, families, and members of our feeder communities.
With that in mind, we would like to share our social emotional support page which has a myriad of mental health resources for students, parents, and teachers.
