On Dec. 3, Wesley J. Gibson sold their five bedroom home at 1 Charleston Road, Hinsdale to Tony and Tina Alexander for $1,100,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $19,431.94, 1.77% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Hinsdale as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 1 Charleston Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael A. Gibson, 31, and Kara Gibson.
