In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $11,225.92, which is 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 14, 1999 for $335,000.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Bensenville as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 930 Breiter Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: April Lynn Ralph, 26, Susan E. Ralph, 60, and Victoria Marie Ralph, 28.
