On Dec. 6, Jeffrey and Elizabeth Pawlko purchased a home at 663 62nd Court, Downers Grove from Narta 2005 (trust) for $370,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,892.76, 2.13% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 11 properties sold in Downers Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dorothy M. Narta, 92, was the only registered voter residing at 663 62nd Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
