On Dec. 8, Andrew and Rachel Barrett purchased a home at 710 Western Ave., Glen Ellyn from James Holland for $418,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,528.30, 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 5, 2019 for $370,000.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Glen Ellyn.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James Holland (58) has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
