Peter Lynn Otto sells 533 Metropolitan St., Aurora

The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 533 Metropolitan St., Aurora was sold on Dec. 8 by Peter Lynn Otto for $250,000. The buyers were Shashank Shekhar and Shivi Shekhar Shrivastava.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,739.50, 2.3% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, seven properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 533 Metropolitan St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sharon Mance, 57, Dernodo Eiland, 32, and Kamilya Eiland, 34.
