On Dec. 8, Jose Omar Gonzalez Jr. and Aubrie Lynn Kurz purchased a home at 225 S. Hazelton Ave., Wheaton from Wayne A. Widder for $300,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,404.16, which is 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of five sales so far in Wheaton in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Wayne A. Widder has been registered to vote since 1979 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and 13 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 225 S. Hazelton Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Wayne A. Widder, 87, and Lois E. Widder, 87.
