Douglas M. Mermuys unloads 430 N. Cardinal Ave., Addison

On Dec. 8, Douglas M. Mermuys sold their home at 430 N. Cardinal Ave., Addison to Salvador Sanchez Guzman and Gina M Sanchez for $365,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,343.34, 2.56% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, three properties sold in Addison.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Douglas M. Mermuys has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 430 N. Cardinal Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vito Zenzola, 92, and Douglas M. Mermuys, 64.
