On Nov. 29, Forza Properties & Constructio purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 247 Thrasher St., Bloomingdale from Hinton (trust) for $325,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $10,577.10. This is 3.25% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 32 properties sold in Bloomingdale.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 247 Thrasher St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: James J Hinton, 82, and Linda R. Hinton, 71.
