Richard and Valeria Rafael purchase 428 Chadsford Court, Carol Stream

On Nov. 29, Richard and Valeria Rafael purchased a home at 428 Chadsford Court, Carol Stream from Thomas L. Negele for $335,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,510.48, 2.54% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 41 properties sold in Carol Stream.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas L. Negele has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 428 Chadsford Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jennifer Negele, 29, Thomas L. Negele, 64, and Ann M. Negele, 63.
