On Nov. 30, Vrajneejay LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2172 Leeward Lane, Hanover Park from Kunjal Patel for $205,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,648.46, which is 2.76% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $186,000 on Oct. 8, 2004.

So far in November 2021, 26 properties sold in Hanover Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, K. R. Patel has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2172 Leeward Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: K. R. Patel, 43, and Tamanna K. Patel, 40.
