This home last sold for $134,500 on Sept. 29, 1999.

So far in November 2021, 80 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Meghan Struxness, 45, was the only registered voter residing at 1707 Cumberland Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
