On Nov. 30, Diana Padilla and Santiago Padilla Villegas purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2246 Cheshire Drive, Aurora from Panagiotis Panagopoulos for $306,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,919.70, 2.59% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 7, 2004 for $237,500.

So far in November 2021, 80 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 2246 Cheshire Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Laura Birkey, 37, and Taylor Birkey, 38.
