This contract covers the period of January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, for a contract total amount not to exceed $43,885.00. 1. 2022-2 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans to provide temporary shelter/transitional housing and life skills for homeless veterans of DuPage County. This contract covers the period of January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 for Community Services, for a contract total amount of $25,000.00. Other Professional Service not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(a). Vendor selected pursuant to DuPage County Code Section 2-300.4-108 (1) (b). 2. 2022-3 Approval for sub-grant contract issued to Teen Parent Connection through the FY22 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) for the purchase of car seats, booster seats, and safety training for low income County residents in the amount of $20,000, for the period of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022; per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 (c) "Competitive bids" not suitable for competitive bidding - CSBG Grant funded.

1. 2022-4 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to LeadingAge Illinois, for annual membership dues for the DuPage Care Center, for the period January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022, for a contract total not to exceed $29,851.65, per Other Professional Services.
2. 2022-5 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Illinois Aging Services Network, for negotiation of managed care contracts with various payors in Illinois, for the DuPage Care Center, for the period January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022, for a contract total not to exceed $18,229.32, Other Professional Services-Other Professional Service not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(a). 3. 2022-6 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to AirGas USA, Inc, to furnish and deliver liquid portable oxygen for the residents at the DuPage Care Center, for the period December 8, 2021 through November 30, 2022, for a contract total not to exceed $29,900, per renewal option under lowest responsible bid #18-185-CARE, third and final optional renewal.
9. BUDGET TRANSFERS
A. Budget Transfers -- Community Development Block Grant ( CDBG) - Transfer funds to cover shortfall in software licenses account based upon the Neighbourly Software expense not included in annual budget, $46,000. (Community Services)
B. Budget Transfers -- Revised allocation for Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERA2) to realign with the November 23, 2021 resolution for Intergovernmental Agreement with IHDA to implement the ERA2 program. IHDA agreement has a higher administration rate than initially budgeted, $747,040. (Community Services)
C. Budget Transfers -- To transfer funds due to Family Center personnel changes necessitating additional projected part-time help and fringe benefit expenditures, $52,400. (Community Services)
10. TRAVEL
A. Authorization for Overnight Travel -- Community Services Administrator is a nationally certified Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) Trainer. The Administrator will attend and teach Roma training at a combined Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (ILDCEO) and IACAA training in Springfield, Illinois from January 11, 2022 through January 13, 2022. Expenses to include miscellaneous expenses (parking, mileage, etc.), lodging, and per diem for a total of $617.00, to be partially or fully reimbursed by the IACAA/ILDCEO.
B. Authorization for Overnight Travel -- Weatherization Assessor to take the Energy Auditor Field Exam in Champaign, Illinois from December 19, 2021 through December 20, 2021. Expenses to include transportation, lodging, and per diems for approximate total of $428.66. Grant funded. (Community Services)
