Brock Liston and Catherine Huebener purchase 7800 Dorchester Lane, Darien

The three bedroom home at 7800 Dorchester Lane, Darien was sold on Nov. 3 by Albert W. Kraft for $410,000. The buyers were Brock Liston and Catherine Huebener.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,167.44, 2.24% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $340,000 on March 21, 2000.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Darien as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Albert W. Kraft has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7800 Dorchester Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Albert W. Kraft, 77, and Loretta Kraft, 76.
