6. PROCUREMENT REQUISITIONS

A. DT-P-0433-21 Recommendation for approval of a contract purchase order to Gasaway Distributors, Inc., for the purchase of liquid calcium chloride, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period December 5, 2021 through September 30, 2023, for a contract total not to exceed $48,800; Contract let pursuant to the Joint Purchasing Act [State of Illinois].

B. DT-P-0434-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Rilco, Inc., to furnish and deliver automotive lubricants, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2022, for a contract total not to exceed $55,000; per lowest responsible bid 21-095-DOT.

7. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS

A. DT-R-0520-21 RESOLUTION -- Intergovernmental Agreement between the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority, the County of DuPage and the Village of Bensenville for improvements along the Elgin-O'Hare Western Access Roadway & Bridge Ramp Construction, Bensenville Watermain for Fire Suppression System, Right of Way Fence Installation and O'Hare Ramp to I390 Construction (No County Cost)

B. DT-R-0521-21 RESOLUTION -- Local Agency Agreement between the County of DuPage and Illinois Department of Transportation, to improve CH 33/75th Street from Millbrook Drive to Greene Road, Section 18-00233-04-SP, for an estimated County cost of $1,529,930.

C. DT-R-0522-21 RESOLUTION -- Local Agency Agreement between the County of DuPage and Illinois Department of Transportation, to improve CH 31/87th Street at Woodward Avenue, Section 13-00253-01-CH, for an estimated County cost of $2,132,000. County to be reimbursed $990,000 from developer escrowed funds.
