On Sept. 30, Samuel A. Siegfried and Jessica R. Reynolds purchased a home at 120 N. Lambert Ave., Glen Ellyn from Jeremy R Schletz for $405,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,713.60, 2.15% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 2, 2018 for $368,500.

So far in September 2021, 65 properties sold in Glen Ellyn.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jeremy R. Schletz has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were 10 registered voters residing at 120 N. Lambert Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jessicah L. Sanders, 27, Liz Doria, 28, Hilda L Sanders, 99, Deborah L. Sanders, 56, Tina Pietrus, 61, Anastasia Papaioannou, 33, Megan M. Sanders, 32, Mark S. Sanders, 62, Jeremy R. Schletz, 30, and Nikolaos Papaioannou.
