In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,267.86, which is 2.41% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 7, 2001. It last sold for $225,000.

So far in September 2021, 42 properties sold in Bartlett.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 956 S. Chippendale Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: William D Knop, 61, and Sherry Gabrielatos, 59.
