On Oct. 6, Phillip G. Spear sold their home at 227 E. Maple St., Villa Park to Juan Carlos Carreto and Laura Patricia Alquicira for $296,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,601.18, 1.89% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, two properties sold in Villa Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Phillip G. Spear (66) has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least 15 primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and 14 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
