On Sept. 27, Lillian Weitzel Tanzer sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2824 Overbeck Lane, W. Chicago to Kathlenn Jay and Kyle G. Dean for $365,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,933.64, 2.45% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was July 15, 2014. It last sold for $271,000.

So far in September 2021, 25 properties sold in West Chicago.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lillian W. Tanzer has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2824 Overbeck Lane, W. Chicago as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lillian W. Tanzer, 61, Robert Lindquist, 34, Aaron B. Tanzer, 61, and David Smith, 63.
