On Sept. 27, Cooper J. and Mallory K. Forbes purchased a home at 184 Elm Tree Lane, Elmhurst from Thomas Connor for $609,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,319.98, 1.53% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $335,000 on Nov. 4, 2010.

So far in September 2021, 72 properties sold in Elmhurst.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were eight registered voters residing at 184 Elm Tree Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amy Virzi, 40, Jacqueline Elizabeth Connor, 25, Michelle A. Connor, 63, Angela Maria Connor, 34, Michelle Connor, 32, Michelle Zumstein, Tom Connor, 65, and Kathleen M Virzi, 39.
