On Sept. 28, Michael Skelly and Goli Rahimi purchased a home at 696 Swain Ave., Elmhurst from Todd Vezza for $1,188,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $17,695.96, 1.49% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 14, 2005 for $875,000.

So far in September 2021, 72 properties sold in Elmhurst.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Todd W. Vezza has been registered to vote since 2005 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 696 Swain Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Todd W. Vezza, 49, and Erika K. Vezza, 48.
