On Sept. 29, David and Grace Decker purchased a home at 42 S Vista, Addison from Michael V. Zatto for $300,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,397.84, which is 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 51 properties sold in Addison.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 42 S Vista as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donald G Zatto, 89, and Vita M. Zatto, 86.
