Frank M. Liptrot acquire 1866 River Ridge Circle, Naperville

On Sept. 29, Frank M. Liptrot sold their home at 1866 River Ridge Circle, Naperville to Kay D. Kwon (trust) and Meghan S. Kim (trust) for $615,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,460.76, 1.86% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 126 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Frank M. Liptrot has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1866 River Ridge Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Courtney Liptrot, 43, Frank M. Liptrot, 68, and Candace Katta-Liptrot, 68.
