Bethanie Block unloads 2190 Leeward Lane, Hanover Park

On Sept. 29, Erica M Williams purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2190 Leeward Lane, Hanover Park from Bethanie Block for $195,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 25, 2011 for $102,000.

So far in September 2021, 29 properties sold in Hanover Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bethanie D. Block has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 2190 Leeward Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Natalie R. Block, 40, Paul E. Block, 33, Edmund P. Block, 70, Bethanie D. Block, 43, Andrae Crawford, 44, and Crystal J. Block, 38.
