The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $45,824.02, 2.41% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 126 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 535 Frontenac Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amal a Hameidan, 54, and Mohamad Walid El-Fassih, 61.
