1. CALL TO ORDER

9:00 AM meeting was called to order by Chair Mary Ozog at 9:00 AM.

A motion was made by Member Chaplin, seconded by Member Zay to allow members to participate remotely. Roll call: Chaplin-aye, DeSart-aye, Hart-aye, Ozog-aye, Tornatore-aye, Zay-aye. All ayes, motion carried unanimously.

9. OLD BUSINESS

Chief Administrative Officer Kottmeyer addressed Committee regarding the previously approved purchase of property for the Marion Brook expansion. The purchase price has been agreed upon by the County and the Seller. Staff is still reviewing the sales contract, and would like approval to discharge the Committee and go to the next Finance and County Board.

Questions were previously raised regarding the 11 year lease term with workNet DuPage Career Center as negotiated. CBRE will be making an informational presentation at the next Finance Committee. Char Chaplin will have an Executive Session as a placeholder in case the need occurs during discussions.
