3. Change Order -- FI-P-0402A-20 - Amendment to Resolution FI-P-0402-20, issued to Rock, Fusco & Connelly, LLC, to provide consultation services related to collective bargaining matters for labor negotiations, for the period of December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021, to increase encumbrance in the amount of $40,000.00, resulting in an amended contract total amount not to exceed $190,000.00, a 26.67% increase. B. Judicial/Public Safety - Renehan

1. JPS-P-0378-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Public Safety Direct, Inc., for upfitting and repairs of Sheriff's Office vehicles and monthly maintenance. This contract covers the period of 10/30/2021-10/29/2022 for a contract total not to exceed $260,000. (Sheriff's Office)

2. JPS-P-0377-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to William G. Worobec, Attorney at Law, to provide professional services as a conflict attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court. This contract covers the period of November 1, 2021 through October 31, 2022 for a contract total amount not to exceed $44,000. Other Professional Service not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(a). Vendor selected pursuant DuPage County Code Section 2-300.4-108 (1) (b). (18th Judicial Circuit Court)

C. Public Works - Ozog

1. FM-P-0386-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to SNI Solutions, Inc., to furnish and deliver Deicing Solids (22) Eco Salt, for Facilities Management - Grounds, for the period November 1, 2021 through October 31, 2022 for a contract total amount not to exceed $87,720 per renewal option under bid award #18-190- DOT, third and final option to renew.

2. FM-P-0385-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Builders Chicago Corporation., to provide preventive maintenance, service and repairs for overhead doors, roll-up shutters, gate operators, dock levelers and revolving doors, as needed for County facilities, for Facilities Management, for the two-year period November 1, 2021 through October 31, 2023, for a total contract amount not to exceed $192,520, per renewal option under bid award #19-097-FM, final option to renew. ($127,520 for Facilities Management, $30,000 for the Division of Transportation and $35,000 for Public Works)

3. FM-P-0387-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Illini Power Products Company, for semi-annual inspection, preventive maintenance, and emergency call out service for campus backup emergency generators, for the two year period November 1, 2021 through October 31, 2023, for a contract total amount not to exceed $119,338 per renewal option under bid award bid #19-082-FM, first and final option to renew. 1. SM-P-0376-21 Recommendation for the approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and Bloomingdale Township for the Cloverdale Road Culvert Maintenance Project, for an agreement not to exceed $30,000. (Intergovernmental Agreement)

E. Transportation - Puchalski

1. DT-P-0390-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract with R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc., for Professional Construction Engineering Services, for the reconstruction of the Division of Transportation's off-site maintenance facility and Owner's Representative Support Services, Section 19-00179-32-MG, for a contract total not to exceed $999,947.58; Professional Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification-based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. seq.

2. DT-R-0450-21 RESOLUTION -- DT-R-0381A-18 – Amendment to Resolution DT R-0381-18 issued to Burrink Commercial Services, Inc., for the 2018 Sidewalk Improvements, Section 17-SDWLK-03-SW; to decrease and close the funding in the amount of $48,208.47 resulting in a final County cost of $359,360.33, a decrease of 11.83%.
