The home at 477 Old Surrey Road, Hinsdale was sold on Sept. 13 by Chicago Title Land Trust Co. (trustee) for $260,000. The buyer was Darlene Armida Defina Hillman.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $2,311.46, which is 0.89% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, seven properties sold in Hinsdale.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 477 Old Surrey Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Susan R. Griswold, 66, John David Griswold, 29, and Joyce C. Kosiek, 85.
