Maria Kutrovatz (trustee) acquires 1534 Far Hills Drive, Bartlett

On Aug. 31, Brijesh Patel purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 1534 Far Hills Drive, Bartlett from Maria Kutrovatz (trustee) for $542,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $13,769.82, 2.54% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 32 properties sold in Bartlett.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 1534 Far Hills Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cynthia S. Holland, 41, and Tamas Kutrovatz, 85.
