Communications Survey

September 15 deadline

In an effort to improve our communication with district families, IPSD 204 is conducting a communications survey to better understand how district stakeholders currently receive information from their child’s school and the district, and to understand their preferences on receiving information going forward. Please take a moment to share your perspective on communications you receive from your child's school and the district by completing this survey. The survey will be open through Wednesday, September 15.

Health Services Reminder

October 15 deadline

The School Health Services Department reminds parents that the required State of Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examination and Immunization form can be found online at Health Services. Information about requirements was included in this year's registration packet. Students' immunization status and physicals will be reviewed by Registered Nurses and School Nurses. Parents will be notified of any deficiencies. Per State law, if requirements are not met for the 2021-22 school year, students will be excluded from school starting on Friday, October 15, 2021. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact your school's health office.

Recognize a Staff Member

Submit an A+ Award nomination for an outstanding teacher or staff member that has made an impact on you or your student. The Indian Prairie Educational Foundation and Wells Fargo Advisors are proud to recognize outstanding staff members who go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of our students. One staff member from each of the elementary, middle and high school levels will be recognized each month. All submitted essays are shared with the nominees on a monthly basis. Nominations will be kept for consideration until the end of the current school year. Nominees must currently work in the district.
